Pump Fillers

Our Pump Fillers are designed to fill most thin to thick liquids. With the options of filling by gravity, pressure, or pump, or combination construction, our fillers can handle products from thin and foamy to thick viscosities. Contact parts and other components are carefully chosen for each machine built to match your particular application and maximize your investment.  Allen-Bradley PLC controllers allow precise time and volume control for continuous accurate dispensation of product to container.

Metering or Pulse Based Pump Fillers provide a highly accurate method for filling low to high viscosity liquids by controlling both pump rotation and pump speed.  Multiple types of pumps are available, including gear and lobe pumps, to fit your specifications. Multiple speed fill cycles can easily be programmed to eliminate material splashing at the beginning and end of the filling process.  Each filler is custom designed with the correct number of fill heads, contact parts and pump types to meet your specific application.
