Pressure Overflow Fillers

Pressure Overflow Fillers are ideal for filling water-thin to low-viscosity liquids into most any size rigid container. Overflow fillers provide consistent cosmetic fill levels, making them ideal for filling transparent containers with inconsistent volumes, such as Italian glass bottles often used for syrups or oils. Overflow Fillers are also quite effective filling liquids that create foam when filled into the containers, with the ability for the return ports to remove foam and provide consistent fill levels.  Bottles are precision placed so fill heads can lower, seal, and meet exact fill levels.  Allen-Bradley PLC controls, along with a full set of contact parts and fill heads are included to meet your production requirement.
