Gravity Fillers
Gravity Filling liquid bottling machines are suitable for bottling virtually any water-thin liquids. Gravity fillers are ideal for thin, foamy products. Each model is customized with your specific requirement for contact parts and fill heads.

- Frames are typically 304 stainless steel, either welded 2” tube or C-channel
- Product reservoirs available in a large range of sizes and materials to suit your needs
- Product tubing available in PVC, Teflon, silicone, and many other materials
- Fill head valves and actuators to suit your product and environment
- 316 stainless steel or poly level sensing float system
- Touch-screen operator interface
- Pin-style bottle indexing
- Photo sensor/counter system to ensure containers are in place prior to filling

Applications
- Round, rectangular, oval and F-style containers from 2” up to 18” tall
- Gravity mode suitable for non-carbonated, non-dairy beverages, mouthwash, hairspray, cleaners,
pharmaceuticals, and many other thin products

- 115VAC, 3 phase, 60 Hz (other voltage/phase available)
- 80-100 psi compressed clean dry air
- NEMA 12, 4, 4X and hazardous location electrical enclosure and components are available
